I knew Lee Bass and also Russ Tyler who played bass guitar for the Lee Bass Band for about two decades. We all three met while working machinists in the mid to late 1970’s. They formed the band while I was off doing basic at MCRD San Diego. When I return I had the pleasure of setting up equipment at their club gigs. I lost touch after taking off on a sailboat. As I understand Lee passed away, not sure where Russ Tyler ended up but would like to hear from my old friend.

OMG where did you get this record?! My brother and I recorded it at Dusty Dickerson's Studio I think in Channelview. I'm 66 now and my brother 71! I was 20 and he was 25 when we cut it. I'm flabbergasted! I'm Kathy my brother is Kenny. Who might you be?
